Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request to cancel your order before it is dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support.ridstechnologies@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead raise a return request after delivery as per our Returns & Replacement Policy.
Cancellation by RIDS Technologies
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
- Item is out of stock or discontinued
- Pricing or listing error
- Suspected fraudulent transaction
- COD order not verified
- Delivery not feasible to the provided address
In such cases, a full refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy.
COD Orders
For COD orders, cancellation before dispatch is free of charge. Repeated cancellations or non-acceptance of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD availability for your account.
