Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timelines

We ship across India. Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
Remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders above a specified order value, which will be shown on the website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pincodes. A COD handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. COD orders may require OTP verification before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or email. You can use this to track your shipment on the courier's website.

Undelivered & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is undelivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
